How to unlock the The Patron of Trüberbrook achievement in Trüberbrook - Definitive Guide

In Chapter 1, at the beginning, you will go down to the town square from the cable car and you need to talk to the Baron outside the Inn and find out that the table is wobbling.
Inside the Inn you can get 2 coasters (the RED coaster is on the round table just inside the door and the BLUE coaster is collected when you order a BEER from Trude behind the counter)
You can then return to the Baron outside and once you fix the wobbling table with both coasters you can open up a dialog with him.
Talk to the Baron and exhaust all conversation with him. You may have to talk to him more than once to get him to talk about Klaus and the Millennium Corporation. A good sign is when he starts repeating himself about things.
Once I had done this and ended the conversation the achievement unlocked.
