If I missed one, do I need to get them all again on that second playthrought or just the one I missed is ok?

No, i think you need only the missing one, because i get the achievement before i came to nr 36 in my second playthrough.

I'm missing the collect 20 of them but I got the achievement for collecting 30 doesn't make sense

@ Bertie_94 - I had the same thing, too. i had to do a second playthrough.

I had to do a complete playthrough to get this. Missed 1 on my first playthrough (in Chapter 2) and chapter select did not work.

Started at Prologue and popped at the weather station. I checked the number using RB after each one to make sure.

Also worth noting - do not talk to the boat house lady before going back to the tree house for the vitamin pills - once you get the postcard fast travel, you cannot go back to the tree house! So yeah, that actually ruined my 2nd playthrough so I had to started again again.

Reference is 'Twin Peaks' (S2E6), apparently, apart from they add "Mexican" (Chihuahua), and pronounce it, "Chi-wow-wow."
Twin Peaks started so great, but then Lynch hit the self-destructive surreal button, as usual. I think the only thing he didn't ruin was The Elephant Man.

NB: Not all are highlighted with an ❌(LB). 11 - the hexagon near the cable car wasn't when I did it. I missed 4, without using a guide.

Just got burned by this one. Didn't miss any recordings through my playthrough. Stats even say I have 36. No achievement.

For anybody doing this on a second playthrough, make sure you start on the 'Pretitle.' Starting on 'Prologue' seems to not unlock the achievements. I also got it at 35 at the Weather Station. I did get the Mouse Hole entry even though it doesn't add to the counter.

Would be cool to number them, makes it easier to check off. You can hit to see how many you have. Note: Leni is not one.
