When you're in the Career Dashboard, head to the Garage. There are 4 different parts of your truck you need to upgrade. I'm not sure if the number of upgrades changes for different teams and different trucks but for mine I needed to upgrade the suspension, gearbox, brakes and turbo. Each part needs to be upgraded twice. the 1st upgrade costs $100, the 2nd $200 so you will need at least $1200 to fully upgrade the rig. Again, this amount may change based on what team your on or what year but this is what was needed in my career. Upgrade everything to the max and the achievement will pop.
