Play a game of Hot Seat. Pick a profile to take the Hot Seat, and it will tell you to ask a question then hit A when finished. Not sure if this can be done without saying anything, but I just said one word things and clicked A. Got it after 20 questions, will take a few sessions and picking a new hot seat profile, but the same can still be used.

Just answer 20 questions while in "Hot Seat" mode with one profile. You can answer them however you want as it doesn't matter if they are truths or lies. After the 20th question has been asked, the trophy will pop!
