Simply play any game typ and with one of the profile, let the timer run out 3x to fail a question completly. That should get you an achievement. You can also Do this for the next 2 questions and get an additional achievment too

When the counter for the question starts make sure not make ANY noise into the mic and once time runs out it will say invalid answer and you will get the achievement.
