Simply play any game typ and with one of the profile, let the timer run out 3x to fail a question completly (that should get you an achievement). Do this for the next 2 questions and this achievment should pop at the end of the third failed question

For this one just do the same as "Mute" except it has to be 3 consecutive questions by the same player/character. My advice is just set down the mic and leave for a few minutes. Should be unlocked when you get back.
