The video is correct ... The Achievement description should probably be '44 moves or less '

If you could record more than 5 mins at a time with the on board DVR I'd be all over that. Too much effort though.

Same as DeathKnite, I had done the puzzle repeatedly in both 44 and 42 moves but it wouldn't unlock. I double checked the Achievements app and it didn't say it was complete/unlocking. I moved on and continued playing a bit more and noticed when I checked TA later that it had popped. So, I'm not sure what triggered the unlock, maybe completing the next level or something, but it did unlock for me.

I'm not always a fan of videos, So you don't want to watch, I've got a step by step guide. Each line is one three-block move, 1 is the leftmost column, 2 is 2nd from leftmost, and so on.

The description for this is a bit misleading, as you can complete the puzzle in less than 44 moves and still unlock the achievement / trophy. Simply go into puzzle 2-8 and follow what I do in the video. A move only counts when you move the character left and right, not when you grab blocks from the same line without moving.
