The modifier on this world does not allow you to shoot at the same column for 3 turns. I found these to be one of the easier worlds, only because the path to clear the board is much clearer. Basically, you want to be able to look at least one move ahead. If you grab three blocks now, what will you go after next? If you want to liberate those blocks you need to choose which order the inital three go in, and then continue that on. So plan ahead on 11-10.
When you introduce the alternating blockers, it gets a bit more confusing though. It took me a little longer than normal on 11-20, while it's harder to look ahead, you should still have a general idea of how to handle the level before going into it. Sometimes all it came down to was luck.
