Too see the quests available during a game press start and go to "quests". Here you can see 4 quests available that can be for example "complete level 1-2 of the campaign with 23 moves" or "win against a bot in a multiplayer match".

There are 4 categories:

1) You have to complete a level in the campaign (for example 1-2)
2) You have to complete a puzzle with 1, 2 or 3 stars; some quests are time-related (for example complete a practice puzzle in 15 seconds or less)
3) You have to win a multiplayer match without using reset options, or you have to win a match against bots.
4) You have to complete a level in the campaign with "x moves or less" (for example complete level 1-2 in 23 moves or less)


Some tips:
When you made a mistake in multiplayer quests and cannot use the reset option let the bots complete the round, so a new puzzle will appear and you can obtain the mission

Completing quests helps a lot to achieve level 25 because you can obtain 500-1000exp for each quest completed
