Available in the Swamp / Old Burying Grounds area, late into the game. You will need to be a ghost to enter this area for the first time, which happens through natural story progression.
Go to the area where there is a "Skull x 4" icon near the bottom of the Page 39 map, and here you should spot 4 golden skulls. You must dunk all 4 of these skulls into the smallest pond with a tombstone, and they will disappear inside. Once all 4 are done, the chest appears.

Thankfully you can use the statue/refresh stations to reset the skulls. This one is a pain.

This can be found in the swamp old burial ground bottom right area you are in the right place when you see some red skulls thier are 4 all together 1 of them is on top of a grave infront of a small pool of water all you have to do if push all red skulls into the small pool and a chest will appear some of the skulls are hidden behind gravestones or in the grass nearby hope this helps :)

Nearly gave up on this one, two of the skulls fell inside of one of the bigger pools and I was struggling to get them out. Thanks for the tip 👍

only found 3, 4th one is nowhere to be seen. cut all the grass down too.. I will keep looking.

Unlock Secret Treasure #5 in the graveyard by kicking 4 skulls into a water hole to earn the Just Some Pals trophy. If you enter the graveyard during the day, go the the right side and look for a broken pillar that you can walk on. Then use dash to make your way to the other side of the gate.

In The Swamp where the large skeleton is there is a small water hole, you will need to push the 4 red skulls into the hole for this treasure. They do not roll well, one is located on top of a headstone and can easily be knocked in, another is in a pool of water just south, one is to the west, and the last is on the upper ledge to the west near the ladder.
