Available in the Ruined Atoll area, and requires you to have unlocked the dash ability through mandatory story progression. Once in this area, use your magic orb hook to navigate to the middle left of the area (as shown on Page 34 map), and here you'll be able to dash across a gap to a secret island to find the secret.

Só é possível pegar após conseguir a Dash, fica no Atol arruinado, no mapa tem uma setinha indicando a direção. Fiz um vídeo com todos os tesouros, o tempo de cada tesouro está na descrição, só clicar que já vai direto pra lá. Esse n° 10 está em 14:34.
