In the east forest, on the lower forest where there are spiders there's a little slime up on a ledge. Below him is a hook.
You'll need the fire wand, magic dagger and the magic orb.
What you have to do is use both fire wand and magic dagger at the same time, this way the fire wand will carry the frost to the slime. Once he's frozen you can use the magic orb to grab and move to the slime instead of pulling him to you. The chest is right behind the slime.

Available in the East Forest, and requires you to have the Fire Wand (Overworld), Magic Dagger (West Garden), and Magic Orb Hook (Frog's Domain / Ruined Atoll).
Proceed to the lower forest, and you can find an area where you'll be ambushed by spiders. Nearby find an enemy on a ledge near a hook spot. Use the Fire Wand and Magic Dagger at the same time to freeze the enemy at distance. Use the Magic Orb to hook yourself up to the ledge, and take the chest.

Unlock Secret Treasure #6 in the lower forest to earn the Found Weasel trophy. First, equip the Fire Wand, Ice Dagger, and Grapple tool. Next, target the enemy high on a ledge and hit it with both the Fire Wand and Ice Dagger at the same time. Then, grapple up to the ledge and collect the treasure.

Deceiver
Found in the East Forest Lower area, there is a singular slime on a ledge, you will need the Magic Wand, Magic Dagger and Magic Orb. Press the Magic Wand and Dagger at the same time to freeze the slime then the magic orb to grapple your way up, this will allow you to open the platinum chest and get the secret.
