The sealed temple is on the opposite of the very start of the game, from the beach, go to the North East.

Despite the achievement description, this achievement does NOT unlock after you've collected all three keys. Once you have all three, return to the Sealed Temple and place each key in each of the three slots around the central device. Once all three keys are in place, this achievement will unlock.
