There are 25 Tomato wedges on each level. While you are selecting a level, press 
to switch from Timed to Freeplay. Unlike Timed, Freeplay does not have a time limit and the Tomato wedges do not have to be collected in one run. For the most part, all the tomato wedges are easy to spot and collect.
Also do not worry about collecting the flags in Freeplay, for all the levels. Only collect all the flags for the level you are completing for "The Whole Enchilada!".

Access Freeplay by hitting
