Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion

Once you enter the hatch you opened with the shovel you got from the graveyard you run through a tunnel with nuclear waste. Almost at the beginning of the tunnel theres a note stuck on a wall. Interact with it and rip it up to get your achievement.

All of the achievements are ordered and have chapters attached in the video.

For this achievement, you will need to beat several bosses, until you require a shovel to get into the bunker.

- Go northwest of the starting area, to the potato guarding the graveyard. Go in.
- Go north, then west, then north, then east, then north again.
- You'll be in an area with the potato. Dig the grave next to him, revealing a golden shovel, and he'll give you his old rusty shovel.
- Return to the starting area, and progress north east to the bunker.
- Go inside, and in the middle of the room on the northern wall is a paper. Rip it up.
