After defeating the radioactive Stag and collecting the nuclear goo you can return to the scientist at the lab. Outside the lab on a tree stump is a Radioactive Acorn who demands real estate and gives you a leaf as a down payment.

Return to Real Estate Agent in Veggieville who is close to the Sub Shop guy and the Barber. They will sell you a deed that you then need to return to the Radioactive Acorn. The Acorn asks you to read the deed to them. RIP AND TEAR!

Go to the Real Estate Agent. From the beginning of the game, make your way west into a different area with the shop keeper and hair dresser. The agent is there. They will sell you the deed.

Return to the acorn, who will ask you to read the paper to them, since they can't read. Rip it up!
