Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion

As soon as you can enter the Forgotten Forest you can unlock this (after you turn in the fork to Mayor Onion).

Go into the Forgotten Forest: From the starting Mayor Onion screen, go down twice, then enter the gap between the trees to your left when you are in the Plain Plains.

Then, go through the left exit. Follow the path and go through the upper exit. You should now be at the bottom of the screen that would typically be below the start of the game.

Grab the phone to your right. Head all the way back out to the Plain Plains, then go through the upper exit to Rocky Ramp. You want to talk to the first blueberry to give her phone back.

Finally, she'll give you a petition to rip up which unlocks this

- For this achievement, you will need to beat two bosses, and give the fork to the mayor.
- Now, you will have to go find the goo. Go south from the main area.
- In this cannon area, you can see a phone below the cliff. Go south into the next area.
- Go into the north western corner to a newly opened area. Inside will be an avocado person.
- Follow this path until your firth opportunity to progress north. Do so when able.
- You'll now be in the area with the phone. Grab it, and return in to the student just above the phone.
