After you defeat the main story's Rotten Apple Cat boss, it will drop an apple cat to pick up

Take this back to the lady in the bottom left of starting area of the game. She's literally next to other apple cats. For returning her cat, she will give you a like fanart waifu drawing of yourself.

Rip it up.

hmm i have already beat the game, and dont have this achievement nor do i have this cat in my inventory to give to her.

I believe you have to actually pick up the cat instead of it just appearing in your inventory. Updated guide

Here is my achievement guide, for every single achievement in Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion.
All of the achievements are ordered and have chapters attached in the video.

For this achievement, you will need to beat the second boss, the apple cat. You will be given a small animal as a reward.

- Return to the main area.
- South west of your house is a cat with two small animals in a pen. Give her the small animal from the boss fight.
- She'll give you a Waifu... rip it up!
