In the warehouse at the bottom right is where you find Robo-Rafael. With the money you've collected, you can purchase items that will help progress further into the bank. Just purchase one item and the achievement will pop.

As of 22 Jan 2024, achievement is broken for me. I, however, unlocked the achievements for buying all Robo-Roids.

Achievement is also broken for me, I have every other achievement in the game, but this won't unlock even after multiple restarts.

After your first boss battle, you'll be taught about Roids in the hub. You'll need to purchase them all for an achievement, but prioritize the money bag first and foremost.
