This seems bugged for some. I got 1 mill achieve but not this.

I’ve stolen over 5 million and beat the game and still haven’t got this achievement. Don’t know if it is a glitch with the save or should I do something else?

If the achievement glitched for you, you'll need to delete the entire save, including cloud save, to try again. Using the in-game option doesn't work as it doesn't erase the stats used to track when you've stolen enough.

Thankfully you can just use god mode to speedrun to it.
