When you talk to Annie in the warehouse she will talk about how you can use the computer to purchase items from the dark web. After collecting enough money, pick any item from the dark web and the achievement will come up.

There is a bug where this sometimes doesn't unlock. Since it's so early I think you can just start a new game and buy something but I have not tested it.

The game did just come out and is in its earliest version. I'm pretty sure it would pop later but you can restart if it still doesn't pop. I am on console and all the achievements have been coming up perfectly fine.

I played the whole game. But this one is still locked. Ereased all data, New game with basic game settings. Still not unlocking for me

Update: I changed the language to english, did first job, went to dark Web, bought item and it worked. Dont know what exactly triggered the cheevo this time. Did the same a few Times. But this time switch from german to english was the only difference

Glitched for me also but unlocked it on a new playthrough right away. Advice I'd give is just to talk to all the npc you can beforehand and then go order your first item from the dark web.

Story-related; cannot be missed.

You'll need to buy many Dark Web items to progress farther into the bank. Your first will be the pick axe.
