Once you defeat all the bosses and exit the door back to the lobby, Dillitini will say where the Mysterious Motherlode is. Annie will then hack the system and say there is a sewer system underground and that it is located in the middle of the bank. After that return to the warehouse and purchase the crowbar from the darkweb.
When returning to the bank go to the Center Courtyard. Near the top left you will find a manhole cover. Press A to open it then press A again to go inside. Once inside follow the sewer paths to the end. Here is the directions to get there:
Go right from the ladder to the first room. There will be a wave of rats. Defeat them. Head to the right again to the next room and defeat the second wave of rats. Head right again to the last wave of rats. Finally head right and continue down the long sewer path.
Once you reach the pink door, enter it. The achievement will pop once entered.
NOTE: Defeating the wave of rats is super easy if you use Rigsby's Sword.

After beating the fourth boss, return to the hub and you can buy the crowbar from the Dark Web. Return to the bank and head up and into the courtyard. Near the top exit is a manhole you can interact with to remove to enter the sewers. Navigate this area, defeating the swarms of rats along the way, and you'll reach the vault where this achievement unlocks. Make sure to grab the gem worth $1,000,000 at the end!
