You'll accept this task early on from Annie by the dark web computer in the hub area. After giving her all of the photos you'll receive the Explorer's Hat and your achievement.

There's 11 total photos to acquire. 7 are acquired by walking up to the camera sign and pressing the button to snap the photo, 3 are acquired from tasks and the final one you'll earn as part of the story progression.

17:50 – Failed Festival Photo (cool stain glass!)
19:50 – Crangelica Photo (turnip chan - A Manhwa for Meemah task)
20:10 – Cryptid Photo (rock candy - Cryptid Extraordinaires task)
21:15 – Dark Dock Photo 1 (creepy portrait)
21:35 – Dark Dock Photo 2 (crying anime?)
31:36 – Cryptic Crypt Photo (how are you still alive?)
33:50 – Cryptic Crypt Photo 2 (home...)
38:00 – Soupy Sewers Photo (OH GOD OH SHI-)
43:50 – Strawberry & Florist Photo (The big proposal! - Put a Ring on it task)
47:40 – Mysterious Motherlode Photo (me and dad!)

Put a ring in it photo has disappeared from my photos. Buggy game like the first one.

Completed all photos and beat the game %100 acheivment is glitched not unlocking

Achievement glitched for me, all 11 and no pop
(Edit) I tried to do this again on a new save file and it didn't work so probably wait for a fix if you're running into the same issue.

So like my other guides, I'll ask why so many thumbs down? All the information is there including timestamps. What is possibly missing here? Having a glitched achievement is not my fault and doesn't warrant a thumbs down on a guide...

It would be good to have the game name of the photos match with where you got them, like, Creepy Portrait and Turnip-Chan, so you can match up what ones are missing better. Cause I am stupid, haven't a clue, and YouTube timestamps can get in the sea.

Thanks for the guide, it helped me find the Soupy Sewers Photo (OH GOD OH SHI-) I was missing. The achievement popped immediately after I took the photo.This also helped me get the final hat from Annie once I gave her this photo and the final two achievements for all the hats and completionist popped immediately as well.

Better wait a couple of months before playing this. Seems like, like the 1st one, this is glitch galore. Went to their site and it seems they're aware and pumping patches, maiy for PC, for now.
All in all, liked the 1st one quite a lot, but ended up buying, since when it seemed stable it was no longer on Game Pass. Well, at least I got a discount.

I have all the Photos AND the Achievement. My problem is that I can not complete the Task. Annie still wants to see 1 Photo. I have restarted, checked every Photo location, and compared my Photos. It is the only thing between me and 100%.

This is a specific side quest given to you by Annie in the hub. Some photos are taken at photo stands around the map, and some come from other sources. This side quest is detailed in Completionist (150G) with the rest of them. As soon as you take the last photo, this achievement unlocks, without needing to turn it in to Annie.
