There's a respawnable diamond worth $1000000 in Stinky's office. Stinky's office is at the end of the sewers, and given how the item needed for the next task costs $990000 the diamond was likely put there to cover the cost of this, so no need to worry about grinding for this

It's on the pedestal right in the middle of Stinky's office, right after blowing open the "safe door"

All of these achievements are basically story related. They are also all cumulative; you don't need to have $1,000,000 in your stash at once (although you unavoidably will as part of the story).
As noted in the roadmap, each new area of the bank you get to from beating a boss has an increased money reward from relics you get from display cases. You should therefore always be progressing and beelining to the newest area for the highest rewards. The last area you get to has a display case item worth $1,000,000 that you can't miss, so you'll unavoidably unlock all of these achievements by then.
