I did a quick video, I make mistakes but still get it.


1. Try strafe run as you are quicker when doing so.
2. Try not to miss the enemies on the ledges one or two shots is ok.
3. Take some time with the log it wont hurt to stop once.
4. RUN the water section do NOT swim it, simply look upwards to not fall in.
5. The cave is: left, right, right, straight, left, left, right, right, left use your map to help.
6. As noted below (Thanks 'YouCantSaveHer') after hitting the final switch you can fall and it warps you back to the gate :)

This is tricky but doable with practice.

It requires a near perfect run, but you don't have to speed through the whole thing.

Some points that require practice to get perfect are:

The two target sections - you want to take out each target with one arrow. You can miss one shot and still get the time, but if you miss two you might as well restart.

The intermediate log section - this part was the hardest for me to get right. I found the best luck with holding forward on the movement stick and turning using only the camera stick. You can jump to the ledge about two thirds down the third log. You don't have the luxury to take it slow, but on the run where I got the achievement I was cautious here. I paused on the turn from the first to the second log and then the second to the third just to make sure I got my angle right.

The cave - the path is: left, right, right, straight, left, left, right, right, left. Once you have it memorized you can get through it quick.

Once you get to the last part and hit the switch jump in the pit to save time.

You want to be at about 2:30 as you are waiting for the wall to come down. Don't wait for it to get all the way down. Once it's low enough to jump over jump it and get to the portal.

I did it in 2:42.

I don't think this is better than the other two posted but figured I'd give some perspective and some check point references. This took me a bit of practice. I miss shots and even died once and still managed to pull it off. I'm not sure if dying and reloading at the end is quicker or not because I had a similar run but the timbers are up way higher and I think I can jump across faster than die and wait for them so I attempt it either way.
