For this achievement I suggest that you play a few public matches to begin with so that you know the people on your players list will own the game, then create your own "private" match and start sending out invited to everybody on your players list, once the game has sixteen players start it up and once it ends the achievement will unlock. Alternatively you can make a post in the achievement trading thread here and try to organize something.
