For this achievement you need to return five flags to your base that have been stolen by the enemy, to return a flag all you need to do is walk over it. You should unlock this achievement in the same game that you unlock "Thorn in Side", just use the same tactic to kill the flag carrier but make sure you are the person who returns the flag.
