This achievement can be easily unlocked at the start of "Hero's End", there are two soldiers who are being attacked by two dilos so equip your shotgun and press 
to shoot a flare at one of the soldiers, then sit back and watch as the dilo claims its kill. If you get a successfull kill, save your game so that the kill counts then kill yourself and restart from the beginning of the level and repeat this process until the achievement unlocks.
