For this achievement you need to kill ten enemies with either the bow OR the knife, you can not use both so choose a weapon at the start of the match and stick with it. Whatever weapon you use, try to sneak up on your enemy and catch them off guard. It is also possible for this achievement to be boosted with a friend if you join the same player match.
