Twelve Minutes

This is unlocked by viewing the painting in the bedroom at all of its stages.

Stage 1 - Man and woman on a balcony, surrounded by white flowers
Stage 2 - Woman recoiling from man, white flowers gone
Stage 3 - Man by himself with monster shadow in the background

The picture will change to Stage 2 after talking to the "Stranger" and convincing him your wife is innocent.
The picture will change to Stage 3 after your first encounter with the father.

Best bet is to look at the picture every loop just to be sure you don't miss anything

This requires you to view the poster in the bedroom on three separate occasions. The poster will change based on the loops you complete.

The loops you need to complete are:
Let It Be ("Listen (80G)")
Is It Over?
The Truth

Make sure to view the picture after finishing each of these loops. Resetting your progress in the advanced options menu will reset this achievement, as will completing Ending #3 ("Continue (80G)") as that is the True Ending and completes the game.

Note on the three painting achievements. To be absolutely safe you could check each painting before the wife greets you every loop, adding no time to the playthrough. The ones I’ve identified may not be the only triggers.
