I followed your guide, changed my mind, click the clock and let him talk. then I canceled, the father talk to me, then I got the “forget ending” and lose my progress. Maybe It’s important to note that stare at the clock, and don’t do anything else.
Also need to know, Once the “forget ending” achievement popped, I quit the game immediately, But I still lose my progress. So I have to start the game again.

I had the same issue when you click "change my mind" you also have to click on the first option "wanna be with her" to extend the dialogue even further, also had to replay from the beginning because of this

This guide is just a slight modification of what @Clad Master mentioned above. So all credit to him. But in my opinion, he just worded it slightly wrong, "check the clock at 12:00 exactly", which confused me quite a bit. The clock is at an angle and you can't see when exactly is it going to strike 12. In fact, you can't do anything when it strikes 12, because game will take over and reset to the apartment.
Correct wording would be - "You have to keep the conversation going till 12:00." All other steps would be same as what @Clad Master mentioned.
Quoting and slightly modifying his steps -
Again, all credit to @Clad Master for the tip. I'm just modifying the wording to make it clearer.

This is the solution that worked perfect for me. Thank you!

For those of you on console, using a controller:
Whenever it is that you choose to go into looking at the clock, here's a tip: You can just press the pause/menu button. In this scene, it doesn't pause anything, and instead takes you to the clock screen. I got the achievement this way.
This button-press option is only available when you could also choose to click on the clock, though.
The cursor defaults to the first dialogue choice whenever such choices appear on the screen, so I accidentally chose that a few times. Getting my cursor up to the clock was annoying, so since I knew that trying to pause put me into the clock, I did that instead.

WARNING: This achievement is not only missable but if you fail to do it properly you will lose your entire save file.
This achievement requires multiple specific steps all done with precision so please pay attention to the following:
1. Play the game as normal figuring out the following:
a. Your wife killed Father.
b. The location of the pocket watch.
c. Your wife wasn't there when Father died.
d. The polaroid proves her innocence (you need to click on it to trigger the dialogue with the cop).
e. The phone number for the cop's daughter, she is the only person he will listen to.
f. The cop's reason for seeking the pocket watch.
g. The person who really killed Father.
h. The nanny's name.
i. Your character's identity.
j. The contents of your wife's book, specifically the quote.
Once you get this information, you can trigger any of the endings in the game, here we're going for Mindfulness.
2. Take out the pocket watch from its hidden location. Your character will automatically look at it. You will know when you can trigger this ending when you see the hands of the watch turn counterclockwise.
3. Watch the hands of the pocket watch go back to 2 minutes before 12. This will trigger the final scene with Father.
IMPORTANT: Its not possible to pause the game after this!
4. Father will talk to you saying you need to make a decision. He will monologue for about a minute, use this time to look around the office. You will notice a clock near the top of the screen and a book on the shelf at the bottom of the screen. You are able to interact with these items but do not interact with them yet.
5. Father will say the words "Say something", AT THIS TIME interact with the book on the shelf and your character will say the quote from the wife's book. An option will come up "I've changed my mind...".
6. Press "I've changed my mind...", which will back you out to the two previous options.
7. IMMEDIATELY interact with the clock near the top of the screen while Father is talking to you. If you aren't watching the clock when it hits 12 you will miss this ending and trigger the Continue ending, which will wipe your save.
8. DO NOT back out from the clock. If you do at any point you will miss this ending and trigger the Continue ending, which will wipe your save.
9. The two hands of the clock will gradually reach 12 and Father's voice will get quieter as it does.
10. When the hands hit 12 you will hear a loud ding and the achievement will pop.
Basically you need to stall out the conversation with Father long enough that the clock hits 12, the significance being that this is where the loops begin. The problem that arises in getting this achievement is that if you don't time it correctly, and you aren't looking at the clock once it hits 12 the Continue ending is triggered instead which wipes your save and you have to play the entire game over. Once the Continue ending is triggered in any way the game will discreetly wipe your save before Father even touches you so you cannot dashboard out and try again.
I had my save wiped on me twice by following vague guides that failed to point out and emphasize the important steps to get this achievement, so I'm hoping the same won't happen to you.

Here is an easier way to recover your save after getting this achievement.
I was kicking myself when I figured this out.

Spoiler
In the study room with the father at the end of the game, you have to watch the clock at exactly 12:00.
To do so, you have to stall the conversation by clicking on the book and changing you're mind on losing your memory.

This requires you to complete Ending #2, Mindfulness. After completing Ending #1 ("Alone (80G)"), you will need to find the pocket watch in your empty apartment and turn back time on it. This will bring you back to the Father and the same conversation. This time don't select either dialogue option and instead interact with the red book on the shelf behind you. Then, instead of choosing the new dialogue option, interact with the clock on the wall infront of you to end the loop.

This Achievement is covered at 01:22:37 in our walkthrough. This shows the delete save method to get the "Continue" ending immediately after. As both of these requires new playthroughs without the save trick, we recommend doing them in this order so only one delete save trick is required.
Note on the three painting achievements. To be absolutely safe you could check each painting before the wife greets you every loop, adding no time to the playthrough. The ones I’ve identified may not be the only triggers.
01:22 “Listen” Ending Achievement
06:09 “Fluidity” Achievement
