Twelve Minutes

This is unlocked by looking at the painting of the egg on the wall on the kitchen side 3 separate times. It will have 3 different looks depending on where you are at in the time loops. In the beginning it is just an egg. After you first visit the father the egg will have a visible snake eye on it. Then once you proceed through the "alone" ending (there is a guide for this ending up already, but it's basically just telling the father you'll leave her) and get into the emtpy apartment, open the vent under the bathroom sink with the key, reset the pocket watch to 2 minutes before 12, and then choose to stay with her. It will become a snake eating it's tail in the shape of the egg once back in the apartment.

Note on the three painting achievements. To be absolutely safe you could check each painting before the wife greets you every loop, adding no time to the playthrough. The ones I’ve identified may not be the only triggers.

2 minute video guide

This requires you to view the painting of an egg in the kitchen on three separate occasions. The painting will change based on the loops you complete.

The loops you need to complete are:
Let It Be ("Listen (80G)")
The Truth
Ending #1 ("Alone (80G)") or Ending #2 ("Mindfulness (80G)")

Make sure to view the picture after finishing each of these loops. Resetting your progress in the advanced options menu will reset this achievement, as will completing Ending #3 ("Continue (80G)") as that is the True Ending and completes the game.
