Note on the three painting achievements. To be absolutely safe you could check each painting before the wife greets you every loop, adding no time to the playthrough. The ones I’ve identified may not be the only triggers.

3 minute guide

This requires you to complete the Confession loop. To do this, you will need additional information from a bunch of other loops. With the proper information, you can convince your "Wife" that you are in a time loop and you REALLY know the "Killer's" identity. When the "Cop" arrives you can confess to him and give him the pocket watch. He will leave without harming either of you, but your "wife" will yell at you to leave. Walk out of the apartment to complete the loop.
