Note on the three painting achievements. To be absolutely safe you could check each painting before the wife greets you every loop, adding no time to the playthrough. The ones I’ve identified may not be the only triggers.

• Achievement didn’t appear on screen for me
• 1st painting (man holding woman) can be seen from the start of the game - Loop @ 05:21
• 2nd painting (woman moving away from man) can be seen after convincing the cop of wife’s innocence - Loop @ 36:03
• 3rd painting (man alone) can be seen after first encounter with the father - Loop @ 50:32

Without spoiling much, at some point in the game the Cop will become convinced of your wife’s innocence after seeing the polaroid on the fridge. He’ll then insist on finding the name of a nanny. When that loop ends, this achievement is now possible.
(If you have gotten this far, all the info down below should show up in the UI).

At the beginning of the loop, go into the closet and examine the clothes. Grab the phone and Call Bumblebee (make sure to remain in the closet so your wife doesn’t overhear the conversation). A new option will appear, “Tell her why her father is really doing this”. Select that option and listen to the phone call.
Next, prepare desert like a normal day. Grab both mugs, fill them with water in the sink, turn on the radio, open the fridge and grab both plates, tell the wife it’s a good time for desert, put all the items on the table, turn off the living room light, and take a seat at the table. Select the present when she hands it to you, and tell her you are going to be great parents. Accept her invite to dance, then tell her how much you really love her afterwards.

Once the loop finishes, you’ll get the achievement.

This requires you to complete the Perfect Day loop. To do this you will need to complete previous loops to gain Bumblebee's phone number and learn why the "Cop" is coming to your home. You will then use the phone to tell Bumblebee to stop the "Cop" and then you can enjoy the full dinner scene and go to bed with your "Wife".
