Twelve Minutes

It's not exactly about not doing anything but about the ending you experience when you don't do anything in the FIRST loop. If you use keyboard/mouse, you can move the cursor around, just don't interact with any in-game object or don't walk (just don't click LMB or RMB) after you enter the apartment.

Go into the apartment and then just don't touch the controller until time runs out.

This requires you to complete the first loop without doing anything. From the elevator, you need to use the fake rock to get the house key and enter your apartment. Once inside don't do anything. The loop will play out on its own and your character will move around and have a conversation on their own. Once the loop ends the achievement is yours.

If you have already played some loops, you will need to reset your progress in the advanced options section of the pause menu.

If you missed this achievement when you started the game, you get another chance after the ending that unlocks the continue achievement. Just don't do anything after entering the apartment.

Note on the three painting achievements. To be absolutely safe you could check each painting before the wife greets you every loop, adding no time to the playthrough. The ones I’ve identified may not be the only triggers.
