I did this in lvl 14, as you need to have lots of the hexagons as you need the charges.
I got the 1st twin to the red button and with the 2nd collected all the hexagons till his health was pretty full and jumped on the spot a lot. If you can collect the battery do it as it's a full recharge. DO NOT collect more hexagons if your charge is full as it's a waste.
It pops as soon as you hit 75 jumps. If you get to the end and haven't gotten it. DO NOT charge the door with the 2nd twin. Bring the 1st twin to the door and get him to give the charge to the jumping one then continue jumping till it pops.

Just jump 75 times. Jumping takes energy so be sure to step on blue tiles, get battery, or have the other robot share their energy. This one starts at 01:46.
