Get both of your bots to the end. With the twin you want to deplete the energy of just hold 
next to the other twin.
The 2nd twin doesn't have to be low health, wait until you've a sliver of red from the energy transfer and it should pop.
I only say do it near the end as if you haven't completed that level yet you can just walk out.
