I had problems unlocking this. Even if you dont press 
to Jump, the robot may make a jump movement which will void the achievement. I recommend using the jumps, only on the last part where you have no way to go higher without it.
On the platforms, on the beggining, wait untill you can walk.

Finally just got this. You absolutely HAVE TO wait for the platforms to rise in the beginning so you can just fall onto the next one. If you fall onto the edge of it, pressing up to hop onto it will count as a jump. The final jump before the block pressing down counts as two, as you jump to hang and then press up as the second jump to land onto the platform. Don't worry about the time ticking away in the beginning, especially for the black robot as it'll be getting late - I just waited for the platforms to be high enough and passed it ONLY without jumping in the beginning.
