Just clear level 22 in under 4 minutes 44 seconds. (It says at 100%, but I got the achievement without collecting everything.) This one starts at 59:43.

Still do not need 100% as of December 5th, 2018. Ratalaika is great for cheevos.👍

I managed to finish this level in just under 2:50, so there's quite a bit of extra time they give you. There's an extremely long lift that you have to wait for (somewhere around 20 seconds), which is easily the longest part of the level and probably why they gave you so much time.
This level can be pretty annoying though due to the physics, after pushing the block down the lift I had it both go to the left (which is an automatic fail-state) and once it went to the right but it rolled too far (which is another auto fail-state). But at the very least, assuming you have collected enough batteries in the previous levels level 22 is the last one you need to play to get all the achievements.
