Two Point Campus

You’ll unlock the research lab on the third level. Build the lab and assign a teacher to do research. As you progress and unlock new rooms/levels you’ll be given more things to research. What I did to get the achievement out of the way was build multiple research labs(3) and research what I could. Each research you complete grants you research points. I was able to unlock the achievement during the fourth level.

doing research will occasionally pay you a cash reward, sometimes it needed to improve grade ratings. I ran into this problem at spiffinmoore.
