Just to leave a comment here to say dont panic if yours sticks at 99% and refuses to budge. Mine sat at that for 2 days but has now unlocked so just be patient.

I have multiple achievements not implementing at this point. I've gotten stuck on teachers trained to level 5 and students graduating from all degrees. Any suggestions?
