How to unlock the A Lot Wiser achievement in Two Point Campus - Definitive Guide
This achievement can be unlocked in sandbox mode!
Enter Sandbox mode and choose any map, but choose the creative gamemode - this gives you enough course points to instantly get a course up to level 10. Then all you have to do is build the training room and train a staff member to level 10.
You need to make sure you're got far enough in the campaign to unlock the training room - personally this was my last achievement.

Great find! It's a much better way to get this achievement than to do it in the campaign as I suggested.

There's also options in sandbox for sliders to change money, course tokens xp multiplier etc. Took about 10 mins to achieve in this mode

If you're trying to get the achievement for 36 stars you'll have to play TPU eventually. One of the requirements for getting three stars there is to increase your campus level to 35. That makes it probably the most convenient opportunity to tackle this achievement.
Focus on one course (obviously), I started level 1 general knowledge course with a continuous marketing boost for easy grades boost and graduates count (with level 1 and long enough marketing you should have about 50-60 general knowledge students). The rest should go into your course of choice. I decided to go for the 4 years long school of thought which ended up being extremely profitable (hint, have one marketing room with two employees on a never ending campaign and manually limit admission percentage for learning rate boost, which will transition into higher grades). The earliest I could go for this achievement is campus level 43. If I were you, I'd focus on a 3 years long (robotics looks like the best combination of tuition and building requirement). For just this achievement, general knowledge will be the fastest and you could probably get it in the Breaking Point university, as tuition doesn't matter there.
Follow the normal leveling up process. Make sure you have enough staff, rooms, boost their prestige (most of my rooms were 12+, except toilets, showers or small rooms (like clinic)). Build 4-5 training rooms so you can send your employees for a mass training, this will be probably your biggest level gain although the increase from one successful training will be small. If you need extra levels, hire a lot of staff, the higher the level, the better. Copy your rooms but not more than 1 of each (the increase from copying the same room over and over is extremely small). Having a lot of students with high average grade will also help.
Once you'll get to level 9 you'll see the information that you reached the max training level. Ignore it. You need to get to level 10 and in order to do this, you have to level up your course to level 10. You can have your dedicated professor for level 10 by making sure he has no tasks on his name. This way he'll always be one of the first to actually go for training.

The only way to get Course Points during the main campaign of Two Point Campus is by raising your Campus Level.
How to raise Campus Level in Two Point Campus
Create new rooms.
Increase the prestige of each room.
Buy and build on additional plots of land.
Get more staff and students and keep them happy.
Then you need to focus on 1 course to upgrade to level 10, then trian a member of staff to level 10.
Fluffbourgh has 1 class, so prob best to do it there, or wait till tpu like Mikasz said in the other guide. I was campus level 34 when i got the class to level 10.
