Spiffinmoore is the fifth campus you'll visit during the main campaign of Two Point Campus. Here you are tasked with managing a pre-existing wizarding academy that is cursed with dilapidated facilities.
Spiffinmoore is the campus where you first encounter the new interior room: Pastoral Issues Office. Minimum size 3x3 and the base price is 8600. Build the room Pastoral Issues Office and put there an Assistant with Pastoral Care Qualification. Best to hire 2 assistants with the qualification, to have a backup when the main person goes on lunch break.
