How to unlock the Environmentally Friendliest achievement in Two Point Hospital - Definitive Guide

Not exactly sure what the criteria for this is but I managed to unlock it on the first hospital of the "Off the Grid" expansion - "Wanderoff"
You will get periodic visits from the Department of Green Things, similar to the VIP visits from other hospitals. At the end of the visit you'll get an eco rating. Eco ratings may result in bonus or fines. Not sure about the fines but the bonus i got for max rating was £15,000.
I got this by using recycle bins, carrots for food and rainwater collectors for water. You start with a couple of them around the grounds, and they should he unlockable from the items menu using kudosh (they were free for me). The only vending machines I had were in my staff room (1x Energy drink, 1x Salty Snacks) all of the customer facing food an water were all carrots and rainwater. They are self sustainable (don't need janitors to refill) but can go down quickly when you have lots of patients, so be sure to have enough of them around. I'm not sure of the recycle bins have any effect but I went for them as figured they'd be good for a eco rating, but could be wrong*
Other than that there is nothing else too different I did to what I would usually and then this achievement popped after a visit.

You definitely have to use carrots, rainwater and the recycling bins. I had a good few of these in use, but still had some vending machines around the hospital as well as bins in rooms because of my blueprinted rooms. I was constantly scoring an “alright” and when I finally followed the guy around the hospital I noticed he was looking in bins. So I decided to replace all the bins along with the vending machines just to make sure, and the first report back got me the “greentastic” score.
