How to unlock the Furry Good Review achievement in Two Point Hospital - Definitive Guide

Bartholomew F. Yeti is a VIP that will come to tour your hospital in the Pointy Mountain levels, Underlook Hotel, Swelbard and Roquefort Castle. You will get a message when he is about to visit and will arrive to assess your hospital. To knock his socks off you will need to impress him on one of his visits. I'm not exactly sure which stats affect his review but I managed this on the very first time he visited on Underlook Hotel. Hopefully these tips can help you knock his socks off too:

• Keep the hospital small and compact so the level doesn't rise too quickly and attract too many patients.
• Fill GPs offices, diagnosis rooms and treatment rooms with Medicine Cabinets, these add +1% Diagnosis and +1% Treatment Power.
• Fill all the spaces of the walls of rooms with Gold Star Awards, unlocked with Kudosh, to increase the rooms to Prestige Level 5.
• Have plenty of decorative objects in the hallways to increase hospital attractiveness. Gold Star Awards on the walls work will for this too, and plants are good for the middle of hallways. Check the attractiveness filter to make sure all areas are nice an green.
• In the Policy tab of the Overview menu increase Diagnosis Threshold to 100% at the start of the game when its not too busy to ensure accurate diagnosis and tick the Fast-Track Treatment Decision option to shorten GP queue times.
• Manage the hospital temperature by placing radiators in each room and in the hallways. Enable to Temperature filter to checks its not too hot or too cold.
• Control which jobs the staff do in the Staff Jobs tab, limit GPs to GPs offices, Diagnosis trained staff to Diagnosis rooms, Treatment staff to Treatment rooms etc.
• Hire plenty of Janitors to keep the hospital well maintained and clean.

These tips should help to get a high cure rate, short queue times, keep staff and patients happy, and most importantly knock the socks off of Bartholomew F. Yeti.

I didn't use any of them but anything that increases hospital attractiveness, room prestige or happiness would be useful.

He can be impressed but only reward you with $5,000, 8 REP, K10 (this is the expected reward when you hover over him). If he is really impressed (exceeding his expectations), it will reward $10,000, 15 REP, K20 at the end on the publicity update. The achievement unlocks only on this higher reward.

Whilst the above is useful and generally what you need to be doing it didn’t really help me to get the achievement .

Here are some extra points which hopefully help people:

It might be obvious, but save your Game when you are made aware he’s visiting. Make sure to disable auto save in settings - that way you can quick load if you don’t get the outcome you need.

When he is nearly at the hospital - hover over him to follow him as he tours.

Make sure that any routes/rooms he will go to have empty bins and brand new plants with full health - likewise toilets at max capacity. Simply clone an object then sell the one that was there.

Even doing the above with all the tips around level 5 rooms, 100% reputation and full attractiveness this didn’t unlock for me on the first go. A quick load, repeating the same steps then worked.

For me he also visitors my marketing room - so I made sure an Assistant was in the room working on a campaign before he entered.
