Sometimes a treatment fails or you won’t cure a patient in time, the patient dies.
When a patient dies there is a chance the patient will remain at the hospital as a ghost.
The ghost can only be captured by a janitor with a ghost capture skill. It looks like a sad ghost.
Do this 100 times and the achievement will unlock.

NOTE: The achivement tracker on the xbox might not track your progress properly, but the ingame Career menu will track correctly.

I have captured 2 of them in the first hospital and my tracker was not updated was yours updated or did it just unlock

@jimmyclutchman trackers are accurate though they can be a bit delayed in updating, just give it awhile. Though I can assure you achievements will pop as soon as requirements are met in-game despite what the tracker was previously showing :)

The tracker om my Xbox were updating instantly but not here on TA

I can confirm the tracker was not updating - had me on 57% - but the career menu showed I had caught 92. As soon as I hit 100 it unlocked :)

When patients die they turn into ghosts and you need a Janitor that can capture them and should do this automatically and you will accumulate this over time
Please comment why voting negative so i can edit
