This achievement will take a while, but it's simple. Build level 5 research facilities, add as many servers and supercomputers you can, and research, research, research.

Many of the upgrades you have to do for the game require you to research them, so. Level up your researchers. Have a few per room. And if there's no hospital research, research for extra cash. I got this one to pop in smogley.

Glitching for me. I just hit 50 projects on the career tracker but no achievement. Did extra research assignments after 50, hoping it would pop, but no.
