This will be the first achievement you will get in this game.
You will get this during your first Hospital - "Hogsort". Actually, during the Tutorial part of the mission.
As soon as you build the diagnostic rooms as told, you will soon be asked to build the Pharmacy. The only patient that you have will then be cured in the Pharmacy, as soon as you hired a Nurse.
