Two Point Hospital

"Cheesier Gubbins" is a repeatable research project unlocked in Swelbard Hospital (the second level in the Pointy Mountains). "Cheesier Gubbins" is not available as a research project straight away at the beginning of the level. Once you have achieved a 1 star rating you unlock the "Roachburger Scandal" research project which requires 4000 research points and once you complete that project you unlock "Cheesier Gubbins" which requires 2000 research points. Once you unlock "Cheesier Gubbins" it becomes available as a research project at all of your hospitals but to get the achievement you must complete it whilst playing in Swelbard.

To speed up earning research points train some doctors in the successive levels of Research (I,II,III,IV,V), allocate multiple staff to the same research room and fill that research room with lots of research boosting objects (Researcher's desk, Research Monitors, Server and Super Computer).

Research project progress carries over between your hospitals. If you have a good research room in a previous hospital you can go back to that hospital, start the research project there and then pause it when it is nearly complete. Return to Swelbard and the project can continue from where you got to in your other hospital. This can help you avoid spending too much money on a good research room in Swelbard but still get the achievement.
