How to unlock the Stealthily Healthily achievement in Two Point Hospital - Definitive Guide
***This is a copy of my solution for the Windows version of the game. I noticed some differences in the second hospital, Camouflage Falls, but they are fairly minor. The console version seems to have lower targets on some waves than on Windows.***
***This fairly lengthy solution will not cover the basics of how to play the game. Rather, it will highlight the requirements for each level with a few tips. For those looking to 3-star each hospital, the additional requirements for 2 and 3-stars will be placed behind a spoiler tag as it’s technically not relevant to the solution.***
Plot 2: Cure 25 Patients
Plot 3: Complete 4 Marketing Campaigns
Plot 4: Diagnose 50 Patients
Plot 5: Staff Morale of 85%
Plot 6: Cure Rate of 90%; Cure 15 Patients
Plot 7: Earn $500,000
Plot 8: Train 15 Staff
Plot 9: Generate 3000 Research Points
Plot 10: Expose 30 Alien Infiltrators
Plot 11: Go 120 Days without a death (must have unlocked Plot 13)
Plot 12: Cure 12 Patients with Flat-Packed
Plot 13: Sweep Up 30 bits of Litter (must have unlocked Plot 5)
Plot 14: Get Balance to $400,000 (must have unlocked Plot 7)
Plot 15: Upgrade 7 Machines (must have unlocked Plot 12)
You must ‘activate’ a plot for it’s objective to become live – at any time you can have 3 activated. To do so, click on the plot and then on the green tick icon. The objective will appear in the top-right.
Plot 12 relates to a new disease, Flat-Packed, which is treated in a new Self-Assembly room which must be researched.
I found Plot 5: Staff Morale of 85% was best to do early, and Plot 10: Expose 30 Alien Infiltrators will take a while so you might want to get that started early as well. Plot 6: Cure Rate of 90%; Cure 15 Patients was easier later on, once the hospital was well set up and staff are trained. Other than those, go through the plots in whatever order you like.
Notice that Goldpan introduces alien infiltrators. They look like normal patients for the most part. They will behave oddly, but I found that hard to spot in amongst the regular patients (who also behave oddly).
I had the most luck by putting the game at slow speed and watching the area near the reception. Aliens will flicker occasionally. In addition, they will usually bypass the reception area. Even watching out for these two things, it still took some time. Apparently, you can also use the patient logs as aliens often bypass Reception and GP’s. You need to catch 50 Infiltrators for another achievement – see the solution for more details on how to spot them.
The actual star requirements for Goldpan are:
1-Star – own 5 plots, expose 3 alien infiltrators,
Just like Topless Mountain, set your treatment costs to +100% to make this hospital very easy, if somewhat long (again!). Read ahead so you are prepared for the next wave beforehand.
1 - 10 Patients: Cure 5 Patients
2 - 15 Patients: Earn $50,000
3 - 20 Patients: Go 45 days without a death
4 - 10 Patients: Unblock 3 toilets
5 40 Patients: Train 4 Staff
6 - 30 Patients: Generate 200 Research Points
7 - 50 Patients: Complete a Marketing Campaign
8 - 50 Patients: Hospital attractiveness - 65%
9 - 25 Patients: Cure 8 Patients with Frogborne.
10 - 100 Patients: Cure 40 patients
You’ll need to reach Wave 10 for 1-star, Wave 20 for 2-star and Wave 30 for 3-star.
The main addition are the stabilisers, which can only be repaired by new robo-janitors. You'll start with one and additional janitors will automatically be unlocked as you purchase more plots.
If the robo-janitors do not maintain the stabilisers, they will set off a disaster of some sort. Each plot has a single stabiliser with a different disaster. Check on these constantly. I would send the robo-janitors to work on them after every single task (click on the stabiliser, then on the call janitor icon) – build a room, check the stabilisers, set up some training, check the stabilisers, etc… Just do a lap around the map to each stabiliser. Letting them go will cause immense grief as they seem to set each other off – let just one disaster strike and you’ll likely have more in a chain-reaction of game-breaking chaos!
Aside from that, don’t expand too fast. The cure rate targets caused me some trouble. My hospital was badly clogged up with patients (over 150) and I couldn’t keep up. This could be due to Alien Infiltrators – I was so preoccupied with the stabilisers I didn’t really go hunting for Aliens in this Hospital. I ended up pausing the game and sending all the patients home. I restarted again and without the massive queues I was able to reach the targets.
Fortunately, for this achievement you only need to reach the 1 star requirements. Aside from expanding and having a reasonable cure rate, there is also a unique treatment room – Personification - to research and cure patients in.
1-star requirements:
Cure Rate of 70%
Own 4 plots
Complete Personification Research Project
Cure 10 Patients in Personification
Nothing too challenging here but keep checking those stabilisers!
Your achievement should unlock here.
For the most part, these hospitals weren’t too difficult but as I said above, I had some stressful moments at Chasm 24. The 1-star requirements aren’t too bad and hopefully the information here is useful.

GOLDPAN
The first hospital, Goldpan, is fairly straightforward. Assuming you played through the earlier hospitals, you will be familiar with unlocking new plots by performing certain tasks, as follows:Plot 2: Cure 25 Patients
Plot 3: Complete 4 Marketing Campaigns
Plot 4: Diagnose 50 Patients
Plot 5: Staff Morale of 85%
Plot 6: Cure Rate of 90%; Cure 15 Patients

Plot 10: Expose 30 Alien Infiltrators

Plot 12: Cure 12 Patients with Flat-Packed
Plot 13: Sweep Up 30 bits of Litter (must have unlocked Plot 5)
Plot 14: Get Balance to $400,000 (must have unlocked Plot 7)
Plot 15: Upgrade 7 Machines (must have unlocked Plot 12)

CAMOUFLAGE FALLS
This hospital has waves of patients like Topless Mountain in the base game (on this version). This time, the number of patients and the wave requirements differ. Note that you only need to reach Wave 10 to unlock your 1 Star Hospital. Also note that unless it is listed as a specific wave requirement, your cure rate does not matter – you just need to be making enough money to proceed.Just like Topless Mountain, set your treatment costs to +100% to make this hospital very easy, if somewhat long (again!). Read ahead so you are prepared for the next wave beforehand.

CHASM 24
I actually found this to be one of the more difficult hospitals in the whole game to 3-star, possibly because I expanded to fast (looking to rush through it, because of those stabilisers - see below). This hospital has an associated achievement. See the solution for that achievement for some tips on how to play. The main addition are the stabilisers, which can only be repaired by new robo-janitors. You'll start with one and additional janitors will automatically be unlocked as you purchase more plots.
